플로랑 마르시(Florent Marcie)
1968년 프랑스 출생으로, 루마니아 혁명이 한창이던 1989년에 처음으로 촬영을 시작했다. 이후 다큐멘터리 영화들을 주로 제작하게 되는데, 그가 제작한 대부분의 영화 주제는 ‘전쟁’과 연관되어 있다. 체첸 공화국, 리비아, 그리고 <전장의 A.I>에 등장하는 시리아 등의 국가들을 배경으로 다큐멘터리를 제작했으며, 촬영부터 감독, 편집까지 플로랑 마르시 감독이 직접 도맡아 해온 그의 작품들은 주로 전시에 사람들이 어떻게 행동하는지에 초점을 맞추고 있다. Born in France in 1968, he first started photography in 1989 in the midst of the Romanian Revolution and then started to make documentaries. He mostly directed documentaries related to war. He made various documentary films featuring countries such as Chechnya and Libya. Syria was also featured in the film A.I. at War in 2021. From shooting and directing to editing, Florent Marcie takes charge of all tasks, and his films focus on how people respond when a war breaks out.
