  둘도 없는 친구인 폴과 맥스. 여름 방학 시작과 동시에 둘은 몰래 집을 빠져나와 마을을 둘러싸고 있는 숲으로 모험을 떠난다. 깊은 숲과 가파른 산등성이를 오르는 동안 예상치 못한 큰 시련들이 이 두 친구를 기다리고 있다. 그 과정 중에 아이들은 자신의 가장 큰 공포와 마주하기도 하고, 그동안 알지 못했던 서로의 속내에 대해, 그리고 각자 다른 가족의 모습에 대해서도 하나둘씩 알아간다.

  
  

   

  
  

  Paul and Max are best buddies. Right on the first day of their summer vacation, they sneak out of their homes and venture into the green wilderness that surrounds their little mountain village.
