  성적 스트레스와 부족한 수면, 피곤한 시험으로 하루하루를 보내고 있었던 고등학생 현우는 시험 전날 친구들로부터 매년 시험 때마다 학교의 학생이 한 명씩 실종된다는, 그리고 그때마다 교실에 풍기던 악취에 대한 정체 모를 괴담을 듣게 된다. 그리고 그 날 밤, 현우는 밤을 새워 공부를 하다가 자리에 앉은 채로 잠에 드는데, 영문도 모른 채 학교 뒷산의 폐가로 보이는 곳에서 깨어나게 되고, 폐가 안에서 이상한 소리와 함께 냄새를 맡은 순간 잠에서 깨어난다. 그것은 괴상한 악몽이었고, 다음 날 현우는 친한 친구인 태림과 태훈에게 자신의 경험을 말한다.

   

  Suffering from sleep deprivation and daily pressure because of grades and tests, Hyun-woo, a high school student, hears from his friends talking about a spooky myth the day before his test; every year during testing, a student disappears and a mysteriously rotten odor fills the classroom. That night, Hyun-woo studies through the night and nods off at his desk. Ending up at the abandoned building behind school, he hears strange noises and smells a strange odor before jolting awake. The next day, he tells his friends, Tae-rim and Tae-hun, of his strange nightmare.

  Geun-seop, who wants to become a comedian like Charlie Chaplin, was video recorded in a hidden camera while imitating Chaplin’s speech of a film, The Great Dictator. He was suffering from a tic disorder and kids at school constantly ignored and teased him, having labeled him as a Nazi-following o-cult leader which led him to drop out of school.
