  - A story that all of us should remeber! "You are a good kid." A 11-year-old Ganda can't wait school lunch time since she only eats a loaf of bread a day. Okano is a school teacher trying to help his student whose parents have no interest in their child. Mizuki is a kind and cool mom outside in the park, but she is indifferent to her daughter at home.   - 재일교포인 오미보 감독은 오사카 예술대학 영상학과 졸업 후 오바야시 노부히코 감독의 회사 PSC에 입사. 퇴사 후, 프리랜서 스크립터를 하면서 쓴 첫 장편소설 <사카이가의 행복>이 2005년 선댄스 NHK 국제영상작가상/일본부문을 수상. 이듬해 이 작품으로 장편영화감독으로 데뷔했다. - A Korean Japanese director Mipo O graduated from Osaka University of Arts and worked for the PSC established by a director Obayashi Nobuiko. Her first novel as a scriptor The Sakais' Happiness won the Sundance/NHK International Filmmakers Award in 2005. In 2006, she made her first film based on this novel.
