  시놉시스
  한 무리의 장례행렬이 산길을 따라 오르고 있다. 그리고 어디선가 두 남자가 이 광경을 지켜보고 있다. 조용하던 장례행렬은 금세 난장판이 되어버리고, 두 남자는 담담하게 그 모습을 지켜본다.

  Synopsis
  A funeral procession is going up a mountain. And somewhere, two men are looking at that. Quiet funeral procession fall into complete disorder in a second. Two men are just looking at that situation.

   

  연출의도
  인간이라는 동물이기에 가능한, 그러나 절대 나에게는 일어나지 않았으면 하는 사건을 통해서 보는 이들로 하여금 씁쓸함의 감정을 느끼게 해주고 싶고, 더 나아가 영화 속 사건의 원인이 되었을 것들이 나 자신에게는 있지 않은지 한번 돌이켜 볼 수 있는 계기를 만들어 주고 싶다. 

  Director’s Statement
  Death of somebody, we can fight with bared our teeth despite face of family or friend death. It’s available situation because human is like a animal, but through the situation that people don’t want to happen to me. I want to make lonely felt to people who see the movie. Furthermore, I have cause like a happening in the movie to myself or not. I want to make opportunity about looking back upon the past.

  시놉시스
  중학생 Xiaozhi는 부모님과 함께 조그마한 배에서 지내며 모래를 파내 옮기는 일로 생계를 유지하고 있다. Xiaozhi는 그 배를 타고 정말 많은 곳을 여행한다. 이번에 그가 도착한 곳은 광시성 한 작은 마을, 거기서 그는 문제아 Leiguan을 만나게 된다. Leiguan과 앙숙인 Jiacong과 우연히 일에 엮이게 되면서, Xiaozhi는 그 지역 아이들의 낯선 삶을 알아가게 된다. 얼마 지나지 않아 Xiaozhi는 배를 타고 마을을 떠나게 되지만, 그 마을에서의 경험은 그의 인생에 깊이 각인된다. 
  Synopsis
  Middle-school boy Xiaozhi lives on a boat with his parents; they make their living by freight and bailing sand. Xiaozhi travels to many places with the boat, and this time he arrives in a small town in Guangxi province where he meets the bad kid Leiguan. Because of his accidental involvement of Leiguan’s animosity with another bad kid—Jiacong, Xiaozhi gets to know the unfamiliar living environment of the local juveniles. Before long, Xiaozhi leaves the town with the boat, but what he has experienced there deeply imprints his life.

  시놉시스
  보경은 엄마와 단 둘이 살아가는 고3이다. 어느 날 아지트에서 땅을 파기 시작하는 보경. 자신과 관련된 어떤 것을 묻어 버리고 싶다고 친구(민희)에게 말한다. 그날 저녁, 바깥 남자로부터 강아지를 받아온 엄마(금자)는 보경의 말을 들어주지 않는다. 결국 엄마와 남자 때문에 화를 참지 못한 보경은 강아지를 끌고 아지트로 향한다. 분노의 삽질을 하는 보경. 잠시 후 기차의 경적소리와 함께 과거의 기억이 스치고 이내 삽질을 멈춘다. 기차가 지나간 고요함과 함께 그 자리에 눕는다. 자신의 무언가를 묻어버리고 싶었던 그 자리에...

  Synopsis
  Bo-gyeong is a senior high school girl who lives with her mom. One day she digs in the ground inside her hideout and tells her friend, Min-hee, that she wants to bury something about herself. That evening, mom brings home a puppy that her boyfriend gives to and she’s not interested in what Bo-gyeong says. Bo-gyeong gets pissed off with her mom and finally heads to her hideout with the puppy. She then starts to shovel with anger. After a while, the memory of her past flits through her mind with horns of a train and she stops shoveling. The train passes by and in silence she lies down on the ground where she wanted to bury something.

  
  연출의도

  인간은 누구나 어릴 적 안 좋은 기억과 상처가 하나씩은 있다. 또한 자신을 괴롭히는 문제를 해결하기 위해 낯선 방식과 행위를 찾기도 한다. 보경은 자신과 어울리지 않는 삽을 들고 땅을 파기 시작한다. 땅은 생명의 근원이자 모든 것을 품어준다. 그리고 우리가 다시 되돌아가야 할 곳이다. 자신의 자아에 자리 잡을 수 없는 남성이라는 존재를 원하는 엄마, 그 사이에서 갈등하는 보경은 한층 더 성숙하게 된다. 결코 누군가가 해결해 줄 수 없는 자신만의 문제를 안고 살아 가야하는 인간의 운명을 보경이가 보여준다. 다시 처음으로 돌아와 결국 해결책은 자기 자신 안에 있는 것이다.

  Director’s Statement
  Everyone has bad memories and hurts from their childhood. And he or she also finds some strange ways to deal with the bothering problems. Bo-gyeong starts to dig with a shovel that isn’t quite fit for her. The earth is the origin of life and embraces all. And that’s where we go back. Mom who needs an existence of ‘a man’ that she never gets and Bo-gyeong grows up and gets matured with her conflicts. Bo-gyeong shows the destiny of a human who must live with his own problem that no one else can solve. And coming back to the beginning, in the end, the answer is inside yourself.

   

  감독소개
  송주호 SONG Ju-ho

  현재 부산대학교 예술문화영상학과 재학 중이다. 3학년 영화제작워크숍을 통해 <보경이>를 연출하였다. <보경이> 이전에 2개의 작품을 연출하였으나 습작에 그쳤다. 하지만 그 경험을 통해 자신이 사랑하는 부산을 배경으로 한 소녀의 이야기를 그릴 수 있었다.

  Majoring Art, Culture and Images in Pusan National University.
  Directed <Bo-gyeong> as a school workshop for juniors. 2 other films before  
  <Bo-gyeong> were just drafts but thorough the experience, this film about a girl from Pusan - the city he loves - could be done.

  시놉시스
  한 공간에서 함께 지내는 두 여자가 있다. 둘은 함께 살아감에 있어서 어떠한 공통점도 가지고 있지 않다. 굳이 둘의 공통점을 찾자면 서로가 서로를 특별한 이유 없이 신경 쓰며 불편해한다는 것. 수현은 현수의 자유롭다 말할 수 있는 방종한 생활방식을 신경 쓰고, 현수는 수현의 규격에 맞춰진 사회생활과 수현 자체의 외모를 신경 쓴다. 어느 날, 두 여자는 매우 심각하게, 그리고 매우 치기 어리게 싸우게 된다. 도대체 무엇이 그녀 둘을 싸우게 만든 걸까?

  Synopsis
  There are two women who live together in one room. They haven’t got any common ground except one thing ‘Bothering of each other.’ Su-hyeon bothers with Hyeon-su’s reinless life style and Hyeon-su bothers with Su-hyeon’s appearance. One day, two women fight very seriously and childishly. What is the matter with two women?

  이유조차 불명확한 어떠한 것 때문에 강박에 시달리는 ‘나’ 혹은 ‘너’의 이야기를 해보고
  싶었다.

  감독소개 

  이서현 LEE Gina S.H
  1987년 광주에서 태어나 2004년, 고등학교 2학년 때에 ‘다음문화세대재단 Youth Voice’를 통해 사전제작지원을 받아 <우리는 친구입니다.>라는 단편영화를 시작으로 영화에 입문하여 2006년 경성대 연극영화학과에 입학, 최근 졸업 작품으로 <룸메이트>를 제작, 완료하였다.

  Gina S.H LEE was born in Gwang-ju in 1987. She started to make films when she was in high school student year 2. Her first film has been supported by '2004 Youth Voice' from ‘Daum foundation.’ In 2006, she entered a Kyungsung University and made this film <The Roommate> in 2013.

  Jewel is a young female director.  A less than adept storyteller, she attempts to write a script about the only person she knows intimately, herself.  While trying to get lost in the writing process, she searches for her elusive “real” self.  Finding only a simple and sheltered girl looking out at a diverse and fantastic world, she gets unsolicited advice from friends and family alike.
