  시놉시스
  야디는 새장 만드는 일을 하며 오두막의 옥탑방에서 혼자 산다. 그는 몇 마리의 새를 훈련시킨다. 한 어린 몽골소년은 야디의 새를 좋아하지만 야디는 그가 새들에게 가까이 오지 못하게 한다.

  Synopsis
  Yadi Is Cage maker & he live alone in up of the Roof in his cabin. He trains some birds. Young  Mongolia boy loves Yadi's birds but Yadi keeps him away from the birds.
  Finally one day he prisoned in his cabin, during the challenge with the boy.

  언제든 떠날 수 있고, 돌아올 수 있는 새장은 없는 것일까?
  비가 오는 바깥으로 나갈 수 있을까? 날개가 젖는 건 어떻게 할 거지?
  제작 방식도 2D와 3D의 합성을 통해 정교한 표현을 가능하게 했다.

  보청기 Hearing Aid

  시놉시스

  암 선고를 받고 죽음 앞에 서 있는 노인. 귀가 멀어 아무것도 듣지 못한다. 그를 안타깝게 바라보는 딸 지현은 노인에게 보청기를 맞춰드리기로 한다. 제주도가 초행길인 보청기 기사의 방문은 지연되기만 하고 지현은 안타깝다.
  마침내 도착한 기사의 도움으로 보청기는 맞춰지고 노인은 보청기를 통해 세상의 소리를 되찾는 듯하다. 그러나 어느 순간 쇠한 노인에게 삶의 생동감 있는 소리는 버겁게만 들린다. 어지러워 쓰러진 노인에게 지현은 삶의 의지를 가지라고 다그치지만 이미 죽음이라는 자연을 받아들인 노인에게는 소용없는 얘기일 뿐이다. 그 모습을 무력하게 바라보는 딸 지현.

  Synopsis
  Death, standing in front of mother being diagnosed with cancer. Ears do not hear anything away. Daughter Ji-hyun want to fit a hearing aids to the Mother. Jeju Island stranger, hearing aids the salesman's visit is delayed.
  Finally hearing aid is aligned with the help of a hearing aid salesman arrived, the mother regain the world of sound through the hearing aid. However, at any moment of life to the dying mother sounds painfully vivid sounds...

  누군가의 죽음도 삶과 한가지로 자연의 일부임을 받아들여야하는 한 사람에 대한 얘기를 하고 싶었습니다.

  리뷰 _ 홍은미
  가족 간의 침묵엔 표면적으로 드러나는 것보다 더한 골이 패여 있을 때가 있다. 끈끈하게 엉겨있는 연은 애정과 연민, 원망이 응어리져 표현할 출구를 잃어버리기도 한다. <보청기>는 이러한 가족의 복잡다단한 관계를 단 하루의 풍경을 통해 위트 있고 진심 어린 드라마로 풀어낸다. 할머니, 엄마, 손녀의 일상에 어리숙하지만 노년의 고단함을 잘 이해하는 보청기 회사의 직원이 방문하면서 이들의 침묵은 깨어나고, 가장 속 깊은 마음이 드러난다. 영화는 가족과 죽음이란 주제에 진지한 시선을 던지면서도 유머감각을 잃지 않으며, 다양한 카메라 워크와 리듬으로 감정을 단단하게 잡아간다.

  The silence among the family members sometimes hides worse conditions. The lasting woven relationship has no way out because love, sympathy, and grudge are all mixed together. <Hearing Aid> is the witty and genuine drama showing the complicated family relations in a day. After a hearing aid salesman who is naive but well understands the arduous old age visits their home, the silence of grandmother, mother, and granddaughter is broken and their most secret feelings are revealed. The movie focuses on the serious subject of family and death, while it keeps a sense of humor and makes you concentrate on your emotions with various camera walk and rhythm.

  At 81, Abelardo, a veteran of the Cuban rebel army, confronts the violence of the time through two gestures: to protect the forest behind his home and to write a book of his memories. His wife, Marbelia, hopes to get to be a hundred and twenty years with him.

  쓸쓸한 노년의 삶이지만 그들에겐 아직 각자의 관심사가 남아있다. 격동적이었던 젊은 시절과 숲을 가꾸며 살아가는 현재의 시간들을 세세한 기록으로 남기려는 노인과 조금이라도 주어진 삶의 시간을 연장하고 싶은 부인.. 그들에게 과연 시간의 의미는 무엇일까?
  다큐멘터리와 극영화의 경계를 모호하게 만드는 자연스런 편집과 다이렉트시네마의 거리두기를 통해 대상을 조용하고 담담하게 응시하는 감독의 연출이 돋보인다.

  Although it is elderly life, they still have their own interests. An old man who wants to make a detailed record of the time he spent in his youth and present. And his wife who is interested in extending their lifetime. What dose time mean to them? Natural editing which blurs the boundaries of documentary and feature films and directing which keeps a distance of Direct Cinema and stares the flow are remarkable.
