  '306호'는 '꽃처럼 아름다운 사람'과의 계약으로 '푸른 하늘'이라는 예쁜 이름을 가진 이곳에 살기 시작했다. 비록 전세고 작은 원룸이었지만 한 몸 뉘기에는 부족함이 없었다.

  얼핏 낭만적인 제목으로 오인할 수 있다. 그러나 이 다큐멘터리가 칭하는 ‘너’는 법을 악용해 세입자 여럿 울린 집주인이다. 전세사기에 휘말린 연출자는 자신을 향해 어렵게 카메라를 들었고 같은 처지에 놓인 사람들을 만난다. 집주인의 기막힌 행적에 대한 진술들, 즐비한 술병, 간곡한 문자 메시지들, 고소장과 체납고지서들이 괴로운 시간의 일부를 대리한다. 현실이 더 드라마 같은 때가 있다. 수치스럽지만 말할 용기를 가진 그가 무력하지 않기를 바란다.

  One could mistake the title for some romantic film. However, the ‘I’ in the title of this documentary refers to a landlord who abused the law and made several tenants suffer. The director, who was caught up in charter fraud himself, painfully points his camera toward himself to meet others in his situation. Statements about the landlord’s astonishing deeds, a plethora of empty alcohol bottles, sullen text messages, subpoenas, and delinquency notices represent a fraction of their painful time. I hope he, who spoke up with courage through the shame, is not left powerless.
